Stanton’s Bacon Wrapped  Stuffed Pork Tenderloin 

Cooking Instructions: Preheat oven to 350oF. Place the Tenderloin bottom down in shallow baking pan and loosely cover with foil. Bake at 350oF for 1 hour to 1 hour 15 minutes, depending on your oven. Remove from oven when internal temperature reaches 160oF. Let tenderloin rest for 15 minutes. After resting period, cut into desired slices and serve.

Grilling: Wrap in foil and place on heated BBQ grill. Turning about every 10-15 minutes for about 1 hour to 1 hour 15 minutes. When internal temperature reaches 160oF remove from grill and let rest. After resting period, cut into desired slices and serve.

Cooking Instructions: Preheat oven to 350oF. Place the Chicken Breast bottom down in shallow baking pan and loosely cover with foil. Bake at 350oF for 1 hour to 1 hour 15 minutes, depending on your oven. Remove from oven when internal temperature reaches 160oF. Let chicken breast rest for 15 minutes. After resting period, cut into desired slices and serve.

Cooking Instructions: Preheat oven to 350oF. Place in shallow baking pan and loosely cover with foil and bake at 350oF for about 45 minutes or until bacon is done. Remove from oven and serve.

Grilling: Wrap in foil and place on heated BBQ grill. Smoke on grill for about an hour or until bacon is done. Remove from grill and serve.

Cooking Instructions: Preheat oven to 350oF. Place in shallow baking pan and loosely cover with foil and bake at 350oF for about 45 minutes. Remove from oven and serve.

Stanton’s Bacon Wrapped Stuffed Quail 

Cooking Instructions: Preheat oven to 350oF. Place the Stuffed Quail bottom down in shallow baking pan. Lightly spritz the surface of the bacon wrapped quail with canola or other vegetable oil. Loosely cover with foil. Bake at 350oF for about 15 – 20 minutes to 1⁄2 hour depending on your oven. Remove from oven when internal temperature reaches 160oF. Let stuff Quail rest for 15 minutes. After resting period, cut if desired and serve.

Grilling: Pre-heat grill to Medium heat of approximately 350oF degrees. Place bacon wrapped quail on clean grates. Close hood and allow to cook, turning once with tongs, until the internal temperature reaches 160oF (about 15 – 20 minutes) remove from grill and let rest. After resting period, cut if desired and serve

Cooking Instructions: Preheat oven to 350oF. Place the Cornish Hen bottom down in shallow baking pan and loosely cover with foil. After resting period, cut if desired and serve.

Cooking Instructions: Preheat oven to 350oF. Place the Turkey Breast bottom down in shallow baking pan and loosely cover with foil. Bake at 350oF for 1 hour 30 minutes to 1 hour 45 minutes, depending on your oven. Remove from the oven when the internal temperature reaches 170oF. Let turkey breast rest for 15 minutes. After resting period, cut into desired slices and serve.

Grilling: Wrap in foil and place on medium heated BBQ grill. Turn the turkey breast about every 10-15 minutes for about 1 hour 30 minutes to 1 hour 45 minutes. When the internal temperature reaches 170oF remove from grill and let rest.

Stanton’ s Homemade Boudin 

Cooking Instructions: Our Boudin is fully cooked. You just need to reheat to your taste. We suggest to microwave for 1 – 1⁄2 minutes (90 seconds) for a medium temperature.

Grilling: Wrap in foil and place on medium heated BBQ grill. Turn the Boudin over every 5 minutes. Remove Boudin after 15 minutes and check for your temperature of taste. If needed return to grill for 5 to 10 more minutes. Remove and serve.
